Delivery Information

We endeavor to dispatch all “Made to Order” items within 3-8 working days. Ready to ship items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.
Items are being shipped from Indonesia.

All orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS. Shipping takes approx. 3-5 working days.

Tariffs & Import Duties
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import tariffs, customs duties, or local taxes once they arrive in your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders shipped to the United States are currently subject to new import tariffs. These additional charges are applied by U.S. customs and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Customers are responsible for paying any tariffs, customs duties, or local taxes required upon delivery.

We understand these extra costs are frustrating and we will continue to monitor the situation closely. Unfortunately, we have no control over these government-imposed charges.
