Returns Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Products
You can return your purchase to us within 7 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised, or is not what you ordered. We will issue a full refund or a replacement, including standard delivery postage costs. Please note: We cannot accept items that are damaged due to improper handling.
Unwanted Products
We don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on unwanted Products. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Be sure to include your order number so we can identify your order. Please retain proof of postage when returning items. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post.
